If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened personal care items (deodorants, hand sanitizers, face oils etc). Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Please note that perfumes are not eligible for return once purchased. Because fragrance is highly personal and can smell different from person to person, we strongly encourage trying one of our sample sizes before purchasing a full-size bottle. Thank you for understanding.
