Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Ground Shipping — Alcohol-Based Products Many of our products contain alcohol-based formulations (such as deodorants, perfumes, and hand sanitizers). Due to carrier regulations, these items must ship via ground transportation only and cannot be sent by air. As a result, delivery may take longer than standard shipping estimates — please allow 5–10 business days for ground shipments.

We appreciate your patience and want to be upfront about this so there are no surprises at delivery.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
